Terms and conditions of use of “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT”
These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter – the Terms) set out how your personal data is processed and for what purpose it is used when you create an account on the website portal.komfovent.com (hereinafter – “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT”). This website and all related websites offering certain services to the user are maintained by Komfovent UAB (hereinafter – “Komfovent”, we, us and our). We provide “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” users with access to our services, content, products, selection applications, management and remote maintenance, and online store (such content and services are collectively referred to as the Services).
Before starting to use “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT”, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and accept them.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions for the duration of your use of the Services. You confirm that you are at least 16 years of age or that the processing has been authorised by the holder of parental responsibility to the extent provided in these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” website. You may review the Terms and Conditions at any time in a document placed on the website under your account.
“Komfovent” reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at its sole discretion. You will be required to re-accept the Terms and Conditions after changes have been made and notified to you in order to continue using the “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” services.
“PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” is a common platform that includes ventilation equipment selection software, management and monitoring of purchased equipment, maintenance, service, and an online shop services. “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” is the gateway to the above-mentioned services and, in order to use them, it is necessary to create a personal account on “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT”.
By creating a “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” account, the user can access the ventilation selection software, manage and monitor the ventilation equipment purchased. After selecting one of these services, the user will be redirected from the “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” website to the relevant platform, where they will be informed about the rules of the functionality.
Your e-mail address and password identify you as a “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” user. We recommend that you use a password that is not easily guessed or otherwise learned by others (e.g. do not use your name, birthday, car make, passwords used to log in to other applications, etc.).
The User undertakes and is obliged to protect own password and login name (e-mail) and other data for logging into “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT”. The User undertakes and is obliged to never disclose own personal data to any other third party. If you suspect that someone is using your password, please change it immediately.
The use of “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” is free of charge, except for the tariffs set by your internet service provider, which may be applicable for data usage according to your service contract.
Copyright, other rights and the content of “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” belong to “Komfovent” and are protected by law.
Commercial use of these rights is prohibited unless a prior written agreement has been signed with “Komfovent”. This applies to the copying, transmission and sale of information, images, graphic elements, software code and technical solutions. Attempts to circumvent security measures or system are prohibited.
Unauthorised use or distribution of “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” may violate copyright, trademark and/or other laws, and may be subject to civil and criminal liability.
In order to access the “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” website, you need to create an account. When registering, you may not use a username or email address that is owned or used by another person, could be interpreted as impersonating another person, infringes the intellectual property rights of others, or is defamatory. You are responsible for safeguarding any password used to access the “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” website, and you agree not to transfer your password or username, not to lend or otherwise transfer your access to or use of “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT”. You are responsible for all interactions with “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” using your user name. You agree to immediately notify “Komfovent” of any unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breaches of security of your “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” account, and you agree to log out of your “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” account at the end of each login session (if necessary). We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above obligations.
As used in these Terms and Conditions, the term "personal information" means information relating to you and which identifies you. We receive this information directly from you, as you provide it to us during registration.

If you have any complaints about how we handle your personal information, please contact us. If we are unable to resolve the problem, please contact your local data protection supervisory authority.
The data referred to in Clause 6 may be used by “Komfovent” as long as you are an active user of “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT”. Once you cancel your account, “Komfovent” will no longer store or have access to any of your account data.
When deciding how long we will retain account information after you are no longer an active user of “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” and cancel your account, we take into account existing obligations (e.g. to retain information for accounting purposes). If you need a more precise time (time of data processing), please contact us.
You have the right to access your personal data processed, the right to request their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Sate Data Protection Inspectorate.
“Komfovent” informs that it does not transfer, neither for remuneration nor for free, or otherwise disclose Personal Data to third parties located in the Republic of Lithuania, the European Union countries and other foreign countries.
You can stop using the “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” services at any time by selecting the deletion/removal of Personal Data from your “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” account.
“Komfovent” may terminate access to “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” with 30 days prior notice that “Komfovent” will no longer provide the “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” services or will make material changes to the software. If you violate the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions, “Komfovent” may also terminate or restrict your access to “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT”.
“PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” will generally be available and will operate without faults or shortcomings if you have access to an internet network. In rare cases, “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” or a part of this software may be unavailable, e.g. due to a software update, internet network or other disruption.
“Komfovent” will make efforts to ensure that “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” is free of viruses and other security threats, but cannot guarantee this. You are responsible for the use and maintenance of antivirus software on your computer, tablet or phone and other security measures.
If you receive an error message or notice an error yourself, please notify “Komfovent” of the error. “Komfovent” shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages sustained by you or others if “PORTAL.KOMFOVENT” cannot be used as expected.
